I’m a Senior Product Manager with 8 years of experience building AI-powered, data-driven products across consumer platforms, with a focus on early-stage innovation and scaling user experiences that genuinely stick.
At Codecademy, I led AI product initiatives from concept to scale, launching a unified AI assistant ecosystem, AI-powered custom projects, and a fully AI-powered Build & Learn experience that reimagined how people learn technical skills. I also turned around mobile monetization across iOS and Android.
Earlier, I focused on engagement and learning outcomes at Byju’s, and built foundational 0→1 systems at Oye! Rickshaw.
I’m at my best in messy, ambiguous spaces where the work is to figure out what matters, align teams quickly, and ship something that creates momentum.
Led AI innovation with Labs (AI Innovation), Mobile, and Learner Experience pods.
Shipped a fully AI-native "build-and-learn" product (drove 3X the traditional free signup rate), revived mobile monetization with in-app purchases (0 → $40K in the first month), and launched a suite of AI-assisted learning features adopted by 100K MAUs with 85%+ satisfaction.
Owned the engagement charter for the K3 app (Disney Byju's Early Learn) for 150K paying customers.
Led a large scale PMF study, shaping company-wide engagement roadmap. Shipped Adaptive Study Plan feature, improving lesson completion from 76% → 85%.
Launched three 0→1 products on the driver-partner app.
Launched automated allocation product for 5K+ drivers (25% decrease in absenteeism), driver partner payouts (90% satisfaction rate), and the driver partner app (with 95% driver partner compliance, payout leakages went from 13% → 0%).
Established first-ever visibility into margins, sales, and inventory for FMCG North Business.
Designed replenishment logic, built buyer-level demand forecasts, and led weekly margin reviews — enabling data-led decision making across ground ops.
Recognized for excellence in Q2'20 during COVID lockdown.
Scaled food-tasting campaigns across 20+ cities (boosted conversions by 10%), built an automation tool generating 700+ partner brochures (saving 600+ man-hours/month), and redesigned venue recommendation logic.
Built the Distributed Unit (DU) of the Radio Access Network (RAN) layer of the 5G protocol stack in C++. Gained systems-level exposure later leveraged in product roles.
